The Arise Creator Vault is a digital product that provides immediate access to digital resources, educational content, downloadable assets, tutorials and related materials.
These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of the Arise Creator Vault. By purchasing or accessing the Creator Vault, you agree to these Terms.
ABOUT THE CREATOR VAULT
The Arise Creator Vault is a digital product providing access to educational content, editing tutorials, digital resources, downloadable assets, creative tools and related materials designed to support short-form content creation and branding.
The contents of the Creator Vault may be updated, expanded, replaced or improved over time.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your country of residence to purchase the Creator Vault.
If you are under the age required to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
The Creator Vault is currently sold as a one-time purchase for the price displayed at checkout.
Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information when purchasing.
Any taxes or charges required by applicable law may be added or handled through the payment provider where appropriate.
ACCESS
After successful payment, you will be provided access to the Creator Vault through the platform used to host the product.
Access is intended solely for the individual purchaser.
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address and account used to purchase and access the Creator Vault.
Where the Creator Vault is advertised as including lifetime access, this means access for the lifetime of the Creator Vault product while it continues to be operated and made available by us.
Lifetime access does not guarantee that any specific third-party platform, individual resource, feature or service will remain available indefinitely.
If the hosting platform or delivery method changes, we may provide access through an alternative reasonable method.
Where future updates are included with your purchase, you will receive access to updates or additions we choose to release as part of the existing Creator Vault product.
This does not necessarily include entirely new products, separate courses, services or products released under a different offer.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Creator Vault materials for your own content creation and learning.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, you may not:
resell, redistribute or share the Creator Vault or its contents;
upload the materials to another resource library, course, community or file-sharing service;
share your account or provide access to another person;
reproduce or package the materials for resale;
claim the Creator Vault materials themselves as your own product; or
use the materials in a way that infringes our intellectual property rights.
You may use applicable assets from the Vault within your own creative content where that is their intended purpose.
The Creator Vault, including its tutorials, branding, written content, layouts, original resources and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing the Creator Vault does not transfer ownership of these rights to you.
Some resources may incorporate or link to third-party materials. Any third-party materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.
The Creator Vault may rely on or reference third-party services, platforms, software, websites or resources.
We do not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, functionality, pricing or terms.
Where a third-party resource becomes unavailable, we may replace, remove or update references to it where reasonably appropriate.
The Creator Vault provides educational information, resources and tools.
We do not guarantee specific results, including views, followers, engagement, income, business growth or other performance outcomes.
Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your execution, content, consistency, market conditions, platform algorithms and audience.
Any examples, results or performance figures shown on the website are illustrative and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same outcome.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because the Creator Vault contains digital content supplied immediately, certain cancellation rights may be lost once immediate access begins where the legally required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. UK guidance specifically requires agreement to immediate supply and acknowledgement of the loss of the applicable 14-day cancellation right before digital content begins to be supplied.
Where applicable consumer law grants you mandatory rights in relation to digital content, those rights remain unaffected.
For example, UK law requires digital content supplied to consumers to meet standards including being of satisfactory quality and as described, and provides remedies where qualifying digital content does not conform.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you have:
shared or resold access;
redistributed protected materials;
engaged in fraud or payment abuse;
materially breached these Terms; or
used the product in an unlawful way.
Where appropriate, we may contact you before taking action.
Termination for breach does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
We aim to keep the Creator Vault available and up to date, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.
Maintenance, technical problems, platform outages or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
We may make reasonable changes to the Vault where necessary to improve, maintain or update the product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Creator Vault, third-party platforms or decisions made based on educational content.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Creator Vault, our business practices or applicable law.
Where a change materially affects existing purchasers, we will take reasonable steps to communicate it where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the business operating the Creator Vault, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms removes rights you may have under mandatory local consumer law.
